Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your gardening supplies purchase. This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the terms and procedures for returning or exchanging products, ensuring a fair and transparent process for all customers. Please review these guidelines carefully before initiating a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Products that have been used, damaged due to improper use, modified, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted, unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
For fragile items such as ceramic pots, glass planters, or terracotta containers, we take extra care in packaging to prevent transit damage. If you receive a fragile item that is broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to provide clear photos of the damaged item, the original packaging, and your order number. We will then arrange for a free replacement, full refund, or store credit, at your discretion, without requiring you to return the damaged item (unless specifically requested by our team).
The return process is simple: 1. Initiate a return request by accessing the "Returns" section in your account or following the return request instructions on our website. You will need to provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for return. 2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions. 3. Package the eligible items securely, clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package, and ship the items back to the specified address. 4. Please retain the shipping tracking number for your records to monitor the return delivery progress.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding the original shipping costs (unless the return is due to a product defect, incorrect item, or other error attributable to us). Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
For exchanges, once we receive and verify the returned item meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you. If the replacement item has a different price, you will be responsible for paying the price difference, or we will issue a refund for the difference if the replacement is lower-priced. Standard shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by us if the exchange is due to our error; otherwise, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement.
Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including: customized or personalized gardening supplies (e.g., engraved tools, custom planter boxes), perishable products (e.g., live plants, organic fertilizers with expiration dates), and clearance or final sale items (clearly marked as such on the product page). These items may only be returned if they are defective or if we shipped the wrong item.
If you receive an incorrect item (different from what you ordered), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the received item. We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned at no cost to you and ship the correct item promptly. If the correct item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or suggest a suitable alternative.
